Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu in Antalya ahead of the third Antalya Diplomacy Forum, which will be held on March 1-3.
The ministers discussed the potential steps to enhance cooperation in the defense industry, education, and culture fields.
In a meeting focused on bilateral political relations, Fidan and Nurtleu reviewed upcoming trade, energy, and transportation projects. They also noted exceeding last year's target of $10 billion in trade volume between the two countries.
The meeting included a comprehensive discussion of regional challenges, identifying potential areas for collaboration within the Turkic States Cooperation framework.
