The Turkish Armed Forces killed four PKK terrorists in the Metina region of northern Iraq in an air operation, the National Defense Ministry said in a statement Tuesday.

The PKK has waged a terror campaign against Türkiye for over 35 years, resulting in the deaths of over 40,000 people, including women, children, and infants.

Türkiye has consistently raised concerns regarding the tolerance extended to the PKK and its supporters across Europe.
