His errors have led to a social media campaign where fans are calling for Turkish goalkeeper Altay Bayindir to replace Onana as the team's starting goalkeeper.

Bayindir’s performance so far

Although Bayindir has not yet featured in a Premier League match, it is expected that he will make his debut in the upcoming game against Newcastle United.

This season, Bayindir has played six matches for Manchester United across the FA Cup, League Cup, and Europa League, conceding eight goals in total.
