Alperen Sengun delivered a stellar performance with 30 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists, but the Houston Rockets fell short against the Sacramento Kings, losing 113-103 on their home court.

The Kings overcame an early setback when Domantas Sabonis exited the game due to injury in the opening minute. Despite his absence, DeMar DeRozan stepped up with 21 points and 6 assists, while Zach LaVine added 20 points.

Malik Monk contributed 16 points and 4 assists, and Jonas Valanciunas posted an impressive 15 points and 14 rebounds. Keegan Murray chipped in with 13 points.

For Houston, Jalen Green recorded 24 points, and Tari Eason provided 14 points off the bench. Dillon Brooks scored 12 points, while Amen Thompson grabbed 11 rebounds. Fred VanVleet struggled, finishing with just 3 points and 5 assists.

Sengun, who led his team in scoring, rebounds, and assists, played 37 minutes and exceeded expectations in key statistical categories.

His double-double shows his growing influence in the Rockets' lineup, but it wasn't enough to secure a victory.
