Commenting on the ongoing situation in Gaza, DJ Snake added, "At some point, as a human being with a conscience, staying silent becomes impossible. I used my platform to condemn the violence."

No response from Macron administration to DJ Snake's claims

The interview quickly gained attention on social media, with many users praising DJ Snake for standing his ground.

Meanwhile, critics of the Elysee's alleged request expressed their outrage over attempts to silence prominent figures showing support for Palestine.

Israel kills nearly 44,000 people in Gaza

Israel has launched a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip following a cross-border attack by the Palestinian group Hamas on October 20, 2023, killing nearly 44,000 people, most of them women and children, and injuring over 104,000.

The second year of genocide in Gaza has drawn increasing international recognition, with figures and institutions labeling the events as a deliberate attempt to destroy a population.

The conflict has also spread to Lebanon, with Israel launching deadly strikes across the country, killing nearly 3,500 people and injuring over 14,000 since October last year.

Israel expanded the conflict by launching a ground assault into southern Lebanon on Oct. 1 this year.
